OLX Group unveiled two AI tools on October 28, 2026: Agentic Selling, now live for 20% of private sellers on the Otodom property platform in Poland, and DealFinder, a buyer-side assistant on WhatsApp. DealFinder posted an 18% conversion rate to contact during beta testing in Portugal with 2,000 users. The launches matter because they move agentic commerce from pilots into live marketplace transactions.

OLX Launches Agentic Selling and DealFinder for Property Marketplaces

Two launches presented at CLAIM Online 2026

Both products were presented at CLAIM Online 2026, the company future-of-marketplaces summit held October 27, 2026. OLX describes itself as a global classifieds leader with nearly 60 million daily listings across 11 brands in seven markets, and as the classifieds business of Prosus. The company said it has built AI into marketplaces for more than eight years, drawing on over 20 years of dealer and realtor relationships. It also cited verified marketplace data that generic AI models cannot access.

Agentic Selling guides private sellers through listing, management and sale, running from valuation to posting. DealFinder finds items for buyers, sets price and item alerts, and accepts text, image or voice searches. OLX said Agentic Selling provides transparent, data-backed pricing guidance and listing drafts while leaving final pricing and disclosure decisions to the seller. Chief Data Officer Andreas Merentitis said AI should handle complexity while people make decisions that matter.

OLX reported 86 live Machine Learning use cases, 28 live GenAI use cases and 14 agentic solutions in-market across 16 marketplaces. Agentic search is live across Motors and Real Estate, while AutoIQ, its dealer agent, is live with all dealers in Poland and Portugal. In Jobs, CV Optimiser helps candidates refine CVs against role requirements, and AI Interviewer runs more than 1,000 practice interviews per month. The company said 88% found CV Optimiser useful and 90% love the AI Interviewer.

What this means for companies using AI

For operating businesses, the release shows where automation already pays off in classifieds and transactional funnels. AI-generated titles and descriptions lift posting completion by 11 percentage points, while AI-powered ad posting cuts time-to-post by 50% in real estate. In Motors, more than 70% of dealers accept AI-made videos of their cars. Small teams gain faster listing creation without a content specialist, while large dealers gain uniform output across inventory.

The survey data attached to the launch sets limits for full automation in high-stakes deals. In the real estate survey of 2,819 users in Poland, Portugal and Romania, only 5% would trust an AI valuation more than a human agent estimate, against 36% trusting the realtor, and 78% want AI-altered listings disclosed. In the jobs survey of 1,510 people aged 18 to 29, 92-96% use AI personally but fewer than 41% feel ready for labor-market change. Vendors should therefore be asked how pricing logic is explained and how AI edits are labeled.

The marker to watch is expansion of Agentic Selling beyond the current 20% of Otodom private sellers and growth of DealFinder beyond its 2,000-user Portugal beta. CEO Christian Gisy said adoption shows who tried AI, not whether they trust the outcome. If coverage widens while contact conversion holds near 18%, the model of guided selling plus alert-based buying will have proved itself for marketplace business.
