Questions we get most

Short, honest answers — the same ones our agents give. If something is missing, ask in the widget or in Telegram: an estimate for your case takes 48 hours.

What exactly do you build?

AI agents that talk to your clients in text: a consultant in the chat widget on your website and a closer in Telegram. One knowledge base built from your materials, one sales script, and the agent running on your own server. Around that we also build servers and websites — one team, one contract.

How much does it cost?

Development is $60/hour. Published starting points: personal secretary from ~$1,000 · website consultant from ~$1,800 · beauty & services from ~$2,400 · sales agent from ~$3,600 · clinics from ~$3,600 · lawyers from ~$4,800 · real estate from ~$6,000 · full stack (agent + website + server) from ~$9,000. Your final number is the components your case needs × $60/hour — the maths is on the pricing page, you can check it yourself.

What is the free test week?

After delivery you test the agent against the spec for a week at no cost. If it fails a task from the spec, we fix it for free. Changing the spec itself is a separate refinement at $37/hour.

What is included in the price?

The knowledge base loaded from your materials (we structure it, we do not invent facts), the sales script written for your sales model, the agent deployed on your server in its own isolated container with its own keys, the channels we agreed (website widget and/or Telegram), the free test week, and handover of the source code and access — the code is yours.

What is not included?

New channels and integrations outside the agreed spec, changes to the spec after approval, content production for the base beyond basic structuring, and third-party costs — the model API, hosting, domains. All of that is priced separately and agreed before we start.

Do you answer phone calls?

No — our agents work with text: messenger and website chat. Voice notes are fine, we transcribe them. If part of your flow comes by phone, the usual move is to route callers into chat: a link, a button on the site, an auto-reply to a missed call — and the calls you care about stay with your team.

Do you build WhatsApp bots?

Not at this level: our channels are Telegram and the website widget. WhatsApp and similar channels are a separate build, priced per project — say so at the start and we will scope it honestly.

How long does a project take?

A simple agent goes live in days; a full sales agent or a full stack takes weeks, not months. The exact timing depends on the spec, on whether your materials already exist in usable form, and on your own pace — and you get a fixed estimate with the scope within 48 hours of the brief.

How does payment work?

In USD, cryptocurrency. Payment is staged: each stage is scoped, delivered and accepted — and only then paid. There is no advance payment for the whole project, and no refunds: instead you get the free test week before any commitment and stage-by-stage acceptance during the project.

Where do the data and dialogues live?

On your server, in your own container. Dialogues stay on your server and the code is yours. The only external call is the model API that generates the replies — and we say that plainly rather than promising that nothing ever leaves the machine.

Who maintains it after launch?

Subscription from $100/month (5–10% of the project price): monitoring, base updates, small fixes. New features are billed separately at $60/hour, refinements at $37/hour. Monitoring, updates, backups and incident response on the server side are from $150/month if we run the server.

Can we edit texts and photos ourselves?

Yes. Content lives in the admin on your site — texts, prices, photos, news — and editing it is part of the website component, not billed as support. Your knowledge base is updated the same way: you send the change, we load it, or you edit it yourself with one instruction.

Do you guarantee revenue or conversion?

No — and we say that honestly. What we guarantee is delivery against the spec, the free test week and staged payment. How many deals the agent closes depends on your market, your offer and your prices, not on the agent alone.

Is there a minimum project?

$1,000. Below that neither side wins: the engineering hours needed to do it properly do not fit, and we prefer to say so than to deliver something that half-works.

Can we start smaller?

Yes — and it is often the smart move. Start with the secretary at ~$1,000, or with one channel, and grow into the full sales agent when the first closed deals pay for it. The price never changes because of a discount; the scope changes.

How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot shows buttons and forgets the conversation. An agent keeps your knowledge base, remembers the dialogue, works by a sales script instead of a menu, and hands a hot client to a human together with the full history. It also works at 2 AM on a Sunday, when your competitor's phone is off.

Do we need our own server?

Not necessarily — the agent can live on your existing infrastructure if it fits. If you need one, we set up and harden a server from $900 and take care of it from $150/month: updates, certificates, backups, monitoring, incident response. Everything as code, reproducible in an hour.
